APP is a boutique project management consultancy that has operated since 2006. With project experience concentrated in Melbourne, specifically North and West Melbourne and the Geelong/Torquay region, our company philosophy is ‘adding value to property and creating arbitrage opportunities for clients through statutory and strategic planning and subdivision’.

Projects undertaken by APP typically require an intricate understanding of the Victorian Planning Scheme and land subdivision regulations. Our significant experience in the field of planning and development has enabled strong connections with Local and State government representatives, importantly in the VPA, and also Public Authorities in the North and West of Melbourne. 

APP is intentionally not a large consultancy. This is to ensure complete and undivided attention to the limited number of projects being managed at any one time, providing the best possible outcome for all clientele.
